SUP Yoga

Hi! Today i'm going to tell you guys some things about Paddle board yoga.

Paddle board Yoga is perfect for people who love surfing and yoga. With SUP yoga you're doing yoga exercises on a paddle board in the water. SUP yoga can be done indoor as well as outside. A paddle board is quite wide so there's enough space for the yoga exercises. Paddle to a quiet piece of water and do your exercises, balance and focus are crucial. Usually, people practice on the beach in the sand or in a swimming pool to get the strength en flexibility. During Paddle board yoga you use about 95% of you muscles. It's a total body workout because you use you whole body!

 

Paddle boarding is discovered in Hawaii and just in the past century has Paddle board yoga become popular in America.

 

I've never done this sport myself and I might want to try it. It looks nice but I don't think I will like doing yoga, maybe SUP Yoga is a nice variant because you're on the water.
